MAGIC OPERA ARIAS AND VIRTUOSO PIANO

The Collegium consists of excellent Prague soloists who cooperate with the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, the National Theatre, the State Opera and other great Czech orchestras. Many of them have experience of concert tours in Japan, Spain, France, Great Britain, the United States of America, Germany, Russia, China and other countries. All this enables the ensemble to perform a repertoir of varied genres across all music styles.
Come and experience romantic moments while listening to the most beautiful parts of worldwide operas, symphonic works or chamber pieces. You can also hear works of more popular character by G. Gerschwin, S. Joplin, J. Strauss and other favourite authors.

The concerts take place on Wednesdays at 5 PM in the hall of a traditional Prague cultural building. The newly reconstructed Malostranská beseda was given back its original baroque appearance and a new restaurant and a café have been opened. There you can spend pleasant moments with your family or friends after the concert. Malostranská beseda is trying to revive the original spirit of Prague culture. In the local hall there take place many musical, theatrical and expositional projects, among others also opera concerts of pianist Jan Rossa and young talented soprano Michaela Katráková.
